We accept returns or exchanges of orders shipped between 1/12-2025 and 19/12-2025 until 13th of January 2026. 

Returns and exchanges are only possible if the item is returned in the same condition as when received.

HOLIDAY DELIVERIES
If you place your order before the following dates, we will do our best for you to have your item before the holidays.                                           

Pick up at the studio by appoinment - 23th December

København & Frederiksberg - 23th December. Direct delivery
Denmark - 19th December. GLS
Europe - 17th December. GLS

We offer worldwide shipping. For delivery shipped to EU and non-EU contries the freight cost will calculated upon checkout and added to your order. We offer free delivery in Denmark.

Orders are sent from our studio in Copenhagen with GLS.

Items will be shipped out as soon as possible after we receive a verified payment. Please allow 2 to 5 business days within EU and 5 to 10 days outside EU to receive your package. 

Please note that if you are shopping from a non-EU country, local import charges (customs duty and taxes) may occur depending on your region or country.
